What's to talk about?
Jesus was a Jew, whom Christians believe, a Messiah and was predicted.
The Jews didn't accept this, as is set out in the Easter narrative.
The Christians set up their own church and take revenge by persecuting Jews.

Muhammad, claims to be a prophet, the Jews reject him as well.
As he doesn't quite fit the criteria, as laid down in Talmud.
He gets a bit miffed and decides to rid the World of Jews.
After being rebuffed by the Christians, he decides to wage war on them too.
Telling all his followers, to not make friends with either bunch.

So, in a nutshell, we have...
The Muslims wanting to kill, mutilate or enslave the Jews and Christians.
The Christians not minding the Jews and letting them do the trading.
That is, until the Christians get into huge debts, trying to rid the Holy Lands of the Muslims and decide to clear the debt, by persecuting the Jews.

As I say, what's to discuss?
No Jews are invited to this discussion, so it's another form of exclusion for them.
Muslims are not going to change what is written in the Quran and so won't be tolerant of either Jews nor Christians.
With the Christians unable to put their own house in order but quite willing to tell everyone else how to behave.
This is going to be one short meeting and will be over by 630pm as nobody is going to budge an inch from their dogma.

This is a little awkward as it clashes with the speech I am giving on how unicorns fit in to modern society and why we should not be trying to kill each other over which colour unicorns are the best.

(The blue ones are best as they are the original and only true unicorns)

Well I hope the straight talking Mr Asif Mahmood goes and asks the same question he asked at the 100 Voices meeting, the gentleman ask has cohesion between faiths got any better since the last meeting eight years ago and Councillor Houleren said yes, then law and behold Mr Mahmood had the balls to say it wasn't and segregation was worse.
Until we ALL agree things aren't right and get round a table and talk/discuss our problems we will get no where. We all know there's a problem with integration but we all have our heads buried in the sand because that's an easy option.
Bringing people in from outside may help but it's locals that will (hopefully) resolve our problems.

Hi Saj
Because unlike you I still care, you may have taken over my town but I would still like segregation in all community's, unlike you who only turn up to support one side.
YOURS.

That should have read NO segregation before Saj goes of on one.

Most israel-Firsters today are Christian, which is hardly surprising since the very project of actually gathering the Jews in the Holy Land had emerged in Anglo-American Protestant circles well before Jews embraced it in late 19th century.
