WASTE dumped by fly-tippers in Rishton has been cleared up, Coun Ken Moss said.
Coun Moss said the back alleyway between Bridge Street and Shuttleworth was cleaned following a spate of flytipping. He said: “The waste was believed to have come from houses along the stretch which have recently been vacated.”
Residents who have witnessed fly-tipping or have information regarding it have been urged to contact their local councillor. Alternatively, the council can be contacted by calling 01254 388111.
