A 62-year-old taxi driver appeared at Burnley Crown Court, accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Talib Hussain, of Richmond Road, Accrington, did not have the charge put to him at the preliminary hearing and his case was adjourned until September 23, when he will enter a plea. Hussain has indicated a not guilty plea at the lower court.
A provisional trial date has been set at the crown court for November 4.
