A 54-YEAR-old Darwen woman appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with a £66,000 benefit fraud.
Lesley Henderson, of Ellerbeck Road, faces three charges of failing to notify a change of circumstances, that her husband Ian Henderson was working.
The charges relate to claims for housing and council tax benefit between 2005 and 2012 and income support between 2001 and 2012. She was directed to Preston Crown Court.
