BLACKBURN schoolboy Lucas Wilkinson, 12, is set to have his hair shaved off to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
The St Bede’s High School pupil had the idea for a school project, which asked his class to come up with ideas to help ‘change the world’.
Lucas said his grandad Roy Hulme, of Darwen, had died of cancer, so he wanted to raise money to help others with the disease. The shave will take place during a family barbecue on Friday.
