PLANS to build a two-storey extension at a property in Britten Close, Blackburn look set to be approved by Blackburn with Darwen Council’s planning committee.
The plans were submitted by landlowner Stuart Mitchell and planning officers have recommended the proposal is approved.
Next door neighbours Paula and Mark Culshaw objected, fearing it will cast a shadow and make them feel boxed in because of the close proximity of their neighbours.
