A BOOKLET of family fun for children and young people in Hyndburn is being distributed.
The pamphlet, produced by Hyndburn Children and Young People’s Trust, in partnership with Lancashire County Council, Hyndburn Borough Council and Hyndburn Leisure Trust has a whole host of things to keep young people entertained over the summer.
Activities include swimming, football, performing arts, gymnastics, badminton, dance plus arts and crafts.
The booklet, which will be distributed to every schoolchild in Hyndburn, provides a calendar with hundreds of activities for children and young people to take part in over the summer holidays. Featuring the Holiday Zone at Hyndburn Leisure Centre, drama projects at the Civic Arts Centre, plus a range of activities for younger children.
If you haven’t received a Summer Fun Book, they are available to collect at libraries, children’s centres, leisure centres and other public buildings, or, you can find even more activities on the go4it website.
