LANCASHIRE’S greenest schools will be celebrated at a ceremony on Thursday.
The It’s Our Planet Awards 2013, organised by Groundwork Pennine Lancashire, will see winning schools presented with their awards at a ceremony at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel in Clayton-le-Moors.
Categories include the Waste Savers Award, the Wildlife Warrior Award and individual awards for pupils and teachers dedicated to environmental improvements in their school.
