A CHORLEY businesswoman has launched a personalised home moving service.
The number of people downsizing their home is set to double with as many as 600,000 people of retirement age set to move into smaller properties over the next five years, according to research.
And Catherine Donovan hopes her company ‘Downsize My Home’ will take the headache out of moving for her customers.
She said: “There are many benefits to downsizing your home and whether that’s for financial reasons, because of health needs, or simply to throw off the commitments of maintaining a large house, it can be rewarding.”
