MP GRAHAM Jones has voiced his concerns about the government’s ‘weak and ineffective’ plans to ‘water down’ anti-social behaviour orders.

“The plans are weak on support for victims of repeated harassment, and there are too many loopholes to let offenders off if police resources are tight,” Mr Jones wrote on his blog.

“All this while the Tory-led Government is cutting 15,000 police officers.”

Mr Jones, MP for Hyndburn, said he was looking forward to Labour amendments to the plans later this year.
