EMERGENCY services crews took part in a town centre fun day at the weekend.
The Community 999 Fun Day included representatives from the police, fire and ambulance services, plus Bolton Mountain Rescue Service.
Organised by Darwen police’s neighbourhood team, the event has been running for eight years.
Also represented on the day was Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s Community Safety Team, who offered people information and advice about staying safe, and keeping healthy.
