KIMBERLEY Cowburn, 49, indicated a not guilty plea to a distraction burglary against an elderly victim, at Burnley Magistrates' Court.
The defendant, of Thursby Road, Nelson, is charged with stealing £200 cash and a £200 cash card from a property in Burnley, on April 17.
Her case will be heard at the crown court and Cowburn was bailed until June 24, on condition she does not go onto the street where the alleged victim lives, reports to Colne police station and does not associate with an alleged co- defendant.
