POLICE were called to a house in Burnley, where a drunken man was said to have been scaring children, a court heard.
Gary McKee, 42, had turned up at the home of his ex- partner and had been throwing stones at the windows.
Officers arrived at the property at 10.30pm, to find him in the back yard, where he seemed to be kicking at the back door.
McKee was asked to leave, but returned about 40 minutes later and when police went back, they found him in the shed.
The defendant, of Ribble Street, Burnley, admitted breaching the peace on June 5.
He was bound over in the sum of £100, for 12 months.
