TWO thieves are due to be sentenced at Burnley Crown Court after damaging a Burnley community centre.
Magistrates heard that three defendants admitted stealing lead flashing from the Gannow Lane resource centre, valued at just over £1,300. Bradley Trevor Duke, 24, of Bolton Road, Blackburn, and John Gregory Foreman, 24, of Baker Street, Burnley, were committed on bail for crown court sentencing.
A girl, 15, from Burnley, who admitted the same offence, was referred to the youth panel for sentence.
And an arrest warrant was issued by magistrates for a 15-year-old Burnley boy, over the same charge.
