THE first Scarfest Music Festival will be held at Goosnargh and Longridge Showfield, Lower Lane, Longridge, on Saturday, September 21 from 12pm until 10.30pm. The event is being run by a sub-committee of St Cecilia's RC High School PTFA and all proceeds will go to local charities. For tickets and more information, visit scarfest.co.uk
