MENTAL health patients are being asked for their views on the quality of care provided by Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust.

The health and wellbeing provider plans to use this feedback to improve service users’ experience and identifying areas for improvement.

Results from last year’s survey helped to identify areas for improvement, including introducing new standards for care planning, the launch of a physical health check tool and review of how people are provided with out-of hours contact numbers.

All responses to the survey will be collected confidentially.
