A DRUNKEN man who urinated in the street also threw a stone at police, but was so intoxicated he missed, Burnley magistrates heard.
The court was told jobless Gerrard Beier, 41, had struck at 6.30pm, when a child and other members of the public were in the area. Beier, said to have a drink problem, was also abusive and insulting to officers in the trouble on Talbot Street, Burnley, last December 28.
The defendant, who lives on Talbot Street, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
He was given a 12 month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge and must pay £50 costs. A banning order was not made
