Santa Claus is coming to Chorley
7:00pm Monday 10th December 2012 in What's on in Lancashire
Don't miss Chorley's traditional panto
Santa Claus is coming to Chorley, and he’s bringing his mother.
Father Christmas takes centre stage in this year’s Pantomime at Chorley Little Theatre in a brand-new show especially written for CADOS.
Set in Santa’s workshop, the show contains all the traditional Panto elements, lots of audience interaction, and some true Christmas magic.
Last year’s Dame, Andy Burke, returns as Mrs Claus the nagging mother of Santa, and makes sure the elves are hard at work making toys for the holidays. When something goes wrong, Christmas Day hangs in the balance and it’s up to the worker elves led by Chip to save the day.
Jess Cook stars as Chip, Libby Burke is her friend Snowflake, and Steven Catterall and Sarah Rosental star as the comedy duo Wrappit and Sackit.
Siobhan Edge is Santa’s long-suffering assistant Jackie Frost, with David Hartley as the big man himself.
The show runs from December 14 to 22. Tickets are available from Malcolm’s Musicland, Chapel Street (01257 264362).
