I can't help but be kind to Jemima
She's the girl of my dreams don't you see,
I'm enthralled and adore sweet Jemima
For I love a nice pudding for tea.

Dear Jemima is a wizard at puddings
And the queen of the kitchen is she,
Her raspberry pud is perfection
What a treat when she makes it for me.

She bakes a superb treacle pudding
Served with custard it tastes quite divine,
How I long for the day when Jemima
Will consent hand on heart to be mine.

On one knee I'll propose to Jemima
Down the aisle we will walk man and wife,
What a future I see with Jemima
Scrumptious puddings for all of my life.
