Here's a much paler, salmon-coloured rose from the heart of France's main pink wine area, Provence.
Grenache is again one of the grapes but the other is Syrah or Shiraz giving it some subtle summer fruit tastes which come out best at a temperature of 6 to 8 degrees so it is chilled rather than almost frozen!
Alcohol is a nice 12.5%.
