A suitably summery, deep reddish-pink Spanish Rioja.
The label will be familiar to any red Rioja drinkers with its portrait of a bearded nobleman.
The grapes are Grenache and the region's own Tempranillo.
The flavours are strong on berries, the alcohol level is 13%, the price is great value and chilled it will go with lots of BBQs.
