St Hallett Poacher’s Blend 2009, £8.99, Sainsbury’s St Hallett make some tasty wines in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, many of them reds, but this white blend is a real treat.
The grapes are citrus-flavoured Semillon, a little delicate Riesling and some Sauvignon Blanc.
