A car valeting firm has grown to become one of the biggest in the region — and it is all down to attention to detail, says the new owner.

Established in 1992, DVR is a full indoor drive-thru hand car wash and detailing centre based on Newton Street, Blackburn.

Work is carried out by an organised team of cleaners.

It means the company has become popular with customers from across the region.

Adeel Ali, owner. said, “Car washes have come a long way over the years and people can be quite picky these days.

“The real test for us is during the summer months when people want their cars to stand out from the crowd.

“The wedding season is also a key time of the year for us.

“So, come August we are preparing for a real influx of different types of vehicles.

“There is choice out there and if you want to keep people keep coming back you have to do it right every time.

“And this is what I try to instil into all our staff.

“Many of our customers come here regularly and some come every other day.

“The good thing we have experienced and qualified staff holding certificates issued by Autoglym.”

He said it was important for his staff to maintain the high standards each and every day.

And there was an array of vehicles making their way into their centre every hour.

“We inspect each and every car thoroughly before it leaves our premises.

“Once someone is happy they are more than likely to tell other people about the good service they got.

“We also specialise in polishing and interior and exterior detailing of all types of vehicles.

“The wide range of service offerings range from a simple hand polish to claying, multi stage polishing, waxing, exterior and interior detailing including machine polishing.

“We will soon to be inducing a new state of art detailing room, specially for our customers with super cars.”
