Former St Mary’s College Art student, Aimee Laing, 19 (ex-Mount Carmel), from Oswaldtwistle, will be taking part in her first solo exhibition this December.
The photography exhibition is a community project themed around Rhyddings Park, raising awareness of its history in the community and will be hosted at the Civic Arts Centre in Oswaldtwistle. The exhibition includes photographs of the park 'from a different angle'. Accompanying the work will be old photographs of the park and details of its history.
Following a formal launch on December 13th for invited local dignitaries, friends of the Civic and members of the community, the exhibition will be in situ for six weeks.
