ORGANISERS at one of Burnley's biggest street parties had to abandon their original plans due to rain.
Proposals to line Brunshaw Avenue with tables for an outdoor part were ditched in favour of a marquee.
Around 60 people packed under the cover and enjoyed a Jubilee celebration, with the help of a local chip shop, which provided lunch.
