LAST week's puzzle was a one horse race, won by Jim Campbell of Blackburn.
He correctly spotted the entrance to the stables for Thwaites' shire horses on Eanam.
But he told us that that these weren't the brewery's original stables, which were, at one time, lower down Eanam and reached through an arch, with big red gates.
Those on our photo, found in our archives, it is believed, used to belong to the old Whewell's brewery.
Thwaites's dray horses have long been a traditional sight on the roads of Blackburn, first introduced after Daniel Thwaites set up in business in 1807.
In 1927, they were replaced by lorries, but were brought back 33 years later - on May Day, 1960, two shire horses were led out of the smart new stables to deliver on local routes.
