DAVID HINDLE Ann and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received during their time of sorrow. Special thanks go to Wendy and Neal for their kindness and help throughout David's illness, and Jeff Brown for his visits, which David so looked forward to. Grateful thanks to the ambulance staff, A and E Department and all the doctors and nurses on Wards C18 and C14 at Royal Blackburn Hospital, also the district nurses, Macmillan Nurse Alice, Dr. Valluri and Rishton Pharmacy. David received the most wonderful care from all of these people. Finally, thank you to all who attended David's funeral and to Lianna Champ and staff who conducted it so beautifully.
