BERNADETTE SMITH Jayne, Corey and Marcus would like to express sincere thanks to family, relatives and friends for their messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and floral tributes received at this sad time. Thank to Gary Whittaker and all the congregation from Roe Lee Kingdom Hall, Whalley Old Road, Blackburn for a lovely service. Special thanks to all the Dr’s, nurses and district nurses from Redlam Surgery for all your care, compassion and first class service you all have given mum over the years. Thank you to everyone who attended mum’s funeral and also to the Butlers Arms. Finally, to all the staff at Blackburn Funeral Services for all your support and for the care and attention you showed mum and for your dignified funeral arrangements.
