DEREK PHILLIPS 4th January 2017 Derek 76 Husband to late Dorothy Phillips. Reposing at Alty's Chapel Blackburn Service at 1.30 Woodlands United Reformed Church, Preston Old rd. Internment Woodland burial pleasington next to his beloved Dorothy. Celebration of Dereks life Cherry Tree Cricket Club 3pm Family flowers only, feel free to bring bulbs to be planted on his woodland later. Thank you everyone for your support, special thanks Brian for years of Dog Walking x

To all my dear family, l am sending my very deepest sympathies to each and every one of you for the sad loss of Derek, who was your dad, grandad and brother respectively.
