MARION TIERNEY nee Prior Of Sharples Street, Accrington died peacefully after a very long courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on Friday 22nd January in Royal Blackburn Hospital at the age of 62. She was the loving wife of Harold, beloved mother of Victoria and Matthew, dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of David and Ina, Alison and Pete, Hilary and the late Annette, caring auntie and great auntie especially to Lindsay and Catherine and a much loved cousin to Linda. The funeral will take place on Thursday 4th February at 3pm at Accrington Crematorium. All flowers are welcome. Please do not feel obliged to wear black, her favourite colour was purple. Everyone is welcome to join the family at the Whitaker's Arms to remember Marion.
