LANCASHIRE League grounds will play host to the MCC this summer - with Bacup landing the prize of a major representative game.
The MCC will face a Lancashire League U21 team at Lanehead in an attractive fixture on Friday, August 5.
East Lancashire's Alexandra Meadows also stages a game with a team from HQ as QEGS face the MCC on May 12.
That game comes in a week of games with schools as Lowerhouse's Liverpool Road is the venue for a game between the MCC and Thomas Whitham Sixth Form (May 10) before the MCC play at Stonyhurst College the day after.
They finish off the week at Bolton-by-Bowland CC on Friday, May 13, against Clitheroe RGS.
The Northern League's U21s also face the MCC at a venue to be appointed on July 15.
