CHILDREN in Rossendale are set for an action-packed Easter with a series of activity days being held over the holidays.
Bury Council have organised several days where youngsters can practise and learn new skills.
The programme, aimed at eight to 14-year-olds includes specialist coaching sessions in football, rugby and Cricket. Days dedicated to art and craft, game consoles and videos will be held.
Events take place from 8.30am until 5.30pm on Monday, April 5, Thursday, April 8 and between Tuesday, April 13 and Friday, April 16 at Bury Sports Club, Radcliffe Cricket Club, Prestwich Cricket, Tennis and Bowls Club, Sedgley Park RUFC, Walshaw Sports Club and Woodbank Cricket, Sports and Social Club.
