This time, we have chosen a popular place in Burnley that has recently been renovated to find out the reasons behind their success.
Doors have recently been re-opened to show off the new bar area, with the wider site also being spruced up at the same time.

The Royal Dyche was originally known as 'The Princess Royal', but was renamed after the ex-Burnley manager Sean Dyche when he secured European football for the first time in more than 50 years during his tenure at the club.
It was officially unveiled by Burnley legend Rocky Mills on June 1, 2018, with plenty of Claret fans present, an continues to be a popular spot pre and post-game for Burnley supporters.
As Dyche shares the same birthday as Henry VII, this has heavily influenced the pub's signage; what started out as a joke written on an A-Board soon became a global media phenomenon.
On Wednesday, July 27, 2022, Sean Dyche visited the pub and shook hands with all the staff and every customer in the pub before enjoying a few pints, finishing off with a special Q&A in the beer garden.
It was reported Dyche was really blown away with the pub, and amazed with how impressive the outdoor areas were.
Last September, The Royal Dyche won a prize at the Great British Pub Awards 2023.
Commenting on TripAdvisor, Bes wrote: "Visited on a match day. Hid the fact I was an away fan. Ale was real and drinkable. Atmosphere in the yard excellent. Busy bar maids on the ball.
"Glad to have ticked this pub off. It's great to see a pub named after someone of recent local fame instead of some old duke or king everyone's forgotten about."
There is free pool all January, and Happy Hour is at 12pm until 1pm and 6pm until 7pm.
They also regularly host live music events, including a 'Open Deck' night.
