A special ‘Iftar buffet’ has been re-launched at the Stanley House Hotel by MyLahore for the month of Ramadan.

The buffets will take place in the MyLahore Glass Marquee from 7.15pm on selected dates from Thursday, March 30, during the fasting month.

The meals are priced at £14.95 for children and £34.95 for adults and teens. Infants’ tickets are free.

Due to limited capacity, MyLahore is encouraging people to reserve online in advance, with walk-ins subject to availability.

The Iftar is the time when the Muslims break their daily fasts during the month of Ramadan, and it is returning after the success of last year's event at the Issa brothers owned hotel.

A MyLahore spokesperson said: “Each evening, we will be serving up a tasty spread with over 25 dishes, including a wide range of classic desi starters, mains and desserts, Chinese style favourites, and much more.

"Vegetarian and vegan options will be available, and tickets also include selected drinks and desi tea”.

“Free on-site parking is available as well as prayer and ablution facilities.”

“It’s a privilege to be able to host Iftars and bring people together throughout the blessed month.

"In this spirit, we will also be donating 10 per cent of sales from the buffet events to our three charity partners: Street Child, Safeena and Khubaib Foundation UK”.

A family-run business, MyLahore is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, with six restaurants across the country.

A branch in Blackburn was launched 2022, and has welcomed thousands of diners including former boxer Amir Khan.

Based in the old Red Lion Hotel, the venue opened last summer and has proved a hit with diners with a 4.5 out of five rating on Google.

The company also hosts its own wedding venues at the MyLahore Marquee in Manchester and the Glass Marquee in Blackburn.
