Blackburn Rovers are being linked with a move for Derby County midfielder Bradley Johnson.

The 32-year-old has been left out of the Rams' squad travelling to Florida for a pre-season training camp.

According to the Derby Telegraph, he is in talks over a new contract at Pride Park but could leave this summer should terms not be agreed.

The former Leeds and Norwich man has a wealth of experience and has 12 months remaining on his Derby deal.

Rovers’ only summer deal so far has seen Stewart Downing arrive on a free transfer.
