Rovers have made four changes for their midweek game at Reading.
The big news is that both Danny Graham and Bradley Dack are on the bench, with Ben Brereton handed just a second league start.
Tony Mowbray has handed a recall to midfielder Corry Evans after missing the Bristol City game through injury, as he returns to partner Richie Smallwod in the middle of the park.
Rovers, looking to bounce back from successive defeats to Brentford and Bristol City, have also handed recalls to Amari'i Bell at left back and Craig Conway.
Dropping to the bench are Derrick Williams, Harrison Reed, Dack and Graham.
