We asked our Rovers fans' jury: Of the four players to come off injured on Saturday (Graham, Dack, Evans, Lenihan), who would be the biggest miss if they’re to spend time on the sidelines?

Well it's a toss-up between Dack and Graham. Both of these have been virtually indispensable and have been instrumental in driving Rovers into the top half of the table. Dack reads the game so well and Graham's a great finisher.

They have almost made up for a one dimensional, fragile defence that has conceded 46 goals already this season.

And of course that is where Lenihan and Evans basically ply their trade and can take little comfort from their displays at away games.

At the risk of boring everyone again, why wasn't this inadequate rear-guard bolstered in January?

Paul Yates

All four players have been integral to our recent success so it'll be a blow to lose any of them.

Evans has taken his game to another level recently, looking very tidy in possession. Graham has found the back of the net and continues to bring others in to play. Dack is always capable of creating something from nothing and Lenihan has flourished leading the back line in Mulgrew's absence.

While there are players who can step in for each one, none would offer the right balance we currently have. Mulgrew and Rodwell could be too laboured, Travis and Smallwood could be too energetic and disorientated while nobody has threatened to challenge Dack for his starting place.

The biggest loss would be Danny Graham though as neither Nuttall or Brereton have the maturity or presence yet to lead a line although it would be a great opportunity for both players to stake their claim for a starting spot.

I think the natural one to go to is Dack, but I’d say Danny Graham. His hold up play is second to none and without him Dack wouldn’t be as effective.

As well as that, despite their bright futures I’m not entirely confident that Joe Nuttall or Ben Brereton are ready to lead the line on a regular basis.

After our quiet January, we were all hoping that injuries would be limited, and that’s clearly not the case after just the first game since the window closed.

The others would be losses, but Graham is irreplaceable in the current squad.
