BURNLEY striker Sam Vokes has been included in Wales' 29-man training squad for this summer's European Championships.

Blackburn Rovers defender Adam Henley is also included but the party does not include Gareth Bale, who will be preparing for Real Madrid's Champions League final with neighbours Atletico Madrid in Milan on May 28.

Vokes has scored 16 goals for Burnley this season including the goal that sealed promotion to the Premier League in the 1-0 win over QPR earlier this month.

Henley, who has two caps for his country, has made 26 appearances for Rovers but hasn't featured since the defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in early April.

Wales will play Sweden away in their last pre-tournament friendly on June 5 before kicking off their Euro 2016 campaign against Slovakia in Bordeaux six days later.

They also face England in Lens on June 16 and Russia in Toulouse four days later at the group stage.
