BLACKBURN Rovers key man Craig Conway has been ruled out of tonight’s Championship clash at home to Derby County with a bruised foot.

But it is hoped that the winger will be fit for Saturday’s East Lancashire derby with Burnley at Ewood Park.

Conway is one of two enforced changes made by Rovers boss Gary Bowyer to the side that started Saturday’s defeat at MK Dons.

Adam Henley, who was sent off 10 minutes into the 3-0 Stadium MK defeat, serves a one-game ban.

That means there are recalls for Nathan Delfouneso and the fit-again Chris Taylor, who will be making his first appearance since March 21.

Rovers, who are chasing a third straight win at home, are expected to match Derby’s 4-3-3 system.

The Rams, who have won five of their last six matches, have made two changes to the team that started their 4-2 victory at home to Wolves on Sunday.

Former Rovers left-back Stephen Warnock replaces Craig Forsyth and Jacob Butterfield comes in for the ill Jeff Hendrick.

Rovers, who are without seven first-team players, including Matt Kilgallon, have named a substitutes bench containing only two outfield players with more than four first-team appearances.

Rovers: Steele, Marshall, Duffy, Hanley, Olsson, Delfouneso, Evans, Akpan, Taylor, Lawrence, Rhodes. Subs: Raya, Spurr, Williamson, O'Sullivan, Petshi, Nyambe, Lenihan.

Derby: Carson, Christie, Keogh, Shackell, Warnock, Thorne, Butterfield, Johnson, Ince, Russell, Martin. Subs: Grant, Forsyth, Bent, Baird, Pearce, Weimann, Hanson.
