Steven Gerrard remains doubtful for Liverpool’s Premier League game against Tottenham on Sunday because of a groin injury.
Manager Rafael Benitez is closely monitoring the midfielder’s progress after he was withdrawn from the England squad because of the problem.
Benitez said: “I am not sure about Steven.”
