BURNLEY manager Sean Dyche and captain Tom Heaton have been nominated for January's Premier League manager and player of the month awards respectively.
The Clarets are unbeaten in the top flight since Boxing Day ahead of Saturday's home game with Southampton.
That form has helped Burnley climb out of the bottom three with Dyche's men taking eight points from their four games in the month.
The Turf chief faces competition for the award from Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl.
Heaton, who made 15 saves in the month and kept a clean sheet at Vicarage Road, is up against Josh King of Bournemouth, Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette, Manchester United duo Victor Lindelof and Marcus Rashford and Southampton’s James ward-Prowse.
