BURNLEY fans react on Twitter to the news that Aaron Lennon has joined the Clarets on a permanent deal from Everton.
The winger has signed a contract until the summer of 2020 at Turf Moor and joins for an undisclosed fee.
The 30-year-old, capped 21 times by England, could make his Burnley debut in the Premier League trip to Newcastle United next week.
He is Sean Dyche's second signing of the January transfer window following the loan arrival of Georges-Kevin Ndoukou from Tottenham Hotspur.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how we’ve gone from signing Dane Richards to Aaron Lennon in our time under Dyche, fantastic growth of our club. Welcome to proudsvile @AaronLennon12 #twitterclarets

Finally announced the Lennon signing! Shows how much we have improved and grown as a club that we can attract that kind of player. Good signing for us - he will add more pace to the team and hopefully help us to score more goals with his assists from crosses. #UTC #TwitterClarets

Aaron Lennon shows how Burnley are progressing as a club. We’re now signing proven Premier League players rather than ‘top Championship’ players #twitterclarets

Very happy that Dyche has acknowledged our severe lack of pace and added Wells, N'Koudou & now Lennon as his last 3 signings. #twitterclarets
