Haslingden are the leaders with five wins from five and an impressive strength in depth.
Graham Knowles’ men racked up 274-5 at Todmorden with Lee Ingham (78) and Mohsin Imtiaz (52) leading the way with the bat.
They then knocked over Todmorden for just 159 to move clear at the summit thanks to Ramsbottom’s shock loss at Rawtenstall.
The game also saw the return to the first team of veteran Mike Ingham.
Ingham, at the ripe old age of 52, was unbeaten on 22 as he played in the same team as son Lee.
