CLITHEROE manager Chris Stammers admitted he has had to work hard for his wages this week to get his side back on winning ways after defeat against Skelmersdale on Tuesday night.
But he couldn't face a more difficult task as the Blues welcome league leaders Eastwood Town to Shawbridge on Saturday.
He said: "It was just one of those performances, we dropped right down from our previous standards. I've had to earn my money on the training pitch by rectifying the mistakes and hopefully we can bounce back."
Town will also be looking to recapture their form after going down to Stocksbridge Park Steels on Tuesday.
Stammers will be without centre half Greg Anderson, who went over on his ankle during the week, and James Dean is suspended for a further two matches.
