After a morale-boosting first win against Formby, Graham Howarth is hoping his Nelson side can do the business at Castleton Gabriels tonight.
Lee Scholes and Neil Chapman return from injury and Howarth said his side will be gunning for a place in the next round.
He said: "Castleton were last season's whipping boys but they're doing well this season and we'll be in for a tough game.
"But we're at full strength and hopefully the win on Wednesday will have given the boys a lift."
