YOU’RE BOOKED Author Dave Thomas launches his new Clarets book Entertainment, Heroes and Villains
Clarets legends yesterday turned out to support the launch of the latest book about the club.
Jimmy McIlroy, Frank Casper, Brian Flynn, Paul Fletcher and Andy Lochhead joined Burnley chairman Barry Kilby at Turf Moor to sign copies of ‘Entertainment, Heroes and Villains: Success and Failure at Burnley FC’.
The book, written by Dave Thomas, charts the story of the club's previous three managers – Steve Cotterill, Owen Coyle and Brian Laws – and their impact on the club.
Further book signings will be held tomorrow at WHSmith in Burnley town centre, from 11am to noon, then at the Clarets’ club shop from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
