A YOUTHFUL Blackburn Rovers reserves side slipped to a 2-0 defeat to a strong Chelsea outfit this afternoon.
First half goals from Gokhan Tore and Milan Lalkovic were enough to secure a fourth straight win from the hosts, despite a brave effort from Rovers.
Rovers goalkeeper Jake Kean was in good form, while Tom Hitchock, James Knowles, Osayamen Osawe and Hugo Fernandez Moline went close for Gary Bowyer's men.
