ACCRINGTON Stanley have finished the season in 15th position in League Two after Chris Turner's goal gave them a draw at Cheltenham Town this afternoon.

Josh Low put Cheltenham ahead in the ninth minute as he collected a pass from Justin Richards and found the net from 10 yards.

But Stanley equalised in the 24th minute as Michael Symes held the ball up and found Bobby Grant, who picked out the unmarked Turner on the left-hand side of the area for a crisp finish.

Cheltenham somehow contrived to miss at the start of the second half as Andy Gallinagh headed Lee Ridley's free kick back across goal but Michael Townsend turned the ball wide with the goal at his mercy.

Substitute Billy Kee then forced a fine save from Cheltenham keeper Scott Brown as he lashed a 25-yard volley towards goal, but neither side could find a winner.
