CLITHEROE were left reeling after throwing away a two-goal lead in a rip-roaring encounter where all six goals came in the second half.
The Blues dominated the first half with Alan Coar twice going close before Zac Clark was denied by Peter Collinge in the Mossley goal.
But Clitheroe took the lead three minutes after the restart when Nathan Taylor blasted home.
Two minutes later, Taylor made it 2-0 with a wonderful long range effort.
But Mossley turned things around with four goals in the final 25 minutes.
Andy Russell and Chris McDonagh levelled matters before injury time goals by Lee Blackshaw and Matt Kay sealed victory.
