Accrington Stanley can now look towards strengthening their squad for a push towards promotion into League One after the club cleared their debts to the taxman yesterday.
And now assistant manager Jimmy Bell believes Stanley can now flourish, especially with a Football League player registration embargo set to be lifted.
They will be able to add to their squad, which has been limited to 20 players, and Bell said: “It is a relief to everyone.
"We have done tremendously well this season considering everything that has happened.
"It is a tight league and you need the strength in depth and hopefully we can go out and add to the squad now.”
